One sure sign of spring is the arrival of thousands of daffodil blooms! One of our favorites and most hardiest on zoo grounds is the early blooming ‘Ice Follies’ with its white petals and soft yellow cups. As one of the first varieties to bloom, it will be followed by more including ’King Alfred’ (large solid yellow) and ‘Delibes’ (yellow petals/orange cup). Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Gardem is the perfect place to watch the progression of spring through what’s blooming!
